"Ceaser from Top Bros Construction & Remodeling was great to work with. Quick response to questions and texts. Good team work with employees. From plumbing to electrical to finished project. I'm sure we will have them back for other projects we will need in the future. One before picture."

"We hired Excellent Construction after seeing the basement remodeling work they did for our son. Their work sold us. In addition to kitchen work, we had work done in a bathroom and refaced our fireplace. Once again, they demonstrated pride in their work, attention to detail and great communication. They showed up on time, and left the work site spotless. We are very happy with the quality of work and will definitely keep their contact info for future work. Highly recommend."

"We are so happy with our basement remodeling amazing job from start to finish. Damian and his team are very professional, accurate and always answered our questions and concerns. We will be using 4Ever Remodeling in the future."

"The work was expertly done, with incredible attention to detail and an understanding of the kind of modern finishes we wanted. From beginning to end, we were clearly informed about all elements of the remodel and how they would play out. The job was done efficiently, and we were updated on the progress, necessary adjustments, cost-effective solutions, and recommendations that ensured the space was completed beyond our expectations. The carpentry and tile work were incredibly well done. Looking forward to reaching back out for further projects."

"David and his team did an outstanding job with our entire basement remodel! The finished produce blew away expectations! Very accommodating throughout the project. I would highly recommend his team for your home remodel!"

"Dave and his crew were great to work with. Honest, timely, responsive, respectful, and high quality workmanship. My basement came out better than expected and I would definitely use them again."

"Simply put, I could not recommend them enough. They were flexible and made the process easy. As this was our first rehab, this one took 18+ months due to legal and zoning. Throughout the entire process, James Construction group was happy to wait and consult as needed. I feel many companies may have moved on during this lull in our project and left us out. Once we finally got all the right paper work, they moved very quickly to rehab our house. All the while, we lived in the basement. Every contractor that came through for them was very nice and kept things as clean as possible (construction is always going to be dusty to a degree). As for the finishing, they made that easy too by allowing us to pick the big design elements but handled most of the "small finishes" that go overlooked but are a massive headache for the home owner. For example, baseboard trim was something we weren't very passionate about and let the company match up to our style - it looked great! With any construction project, there's bound to be change orders. James Construction was always flexible, assisting in anyway they could. We had an extra last-minute bath remodel that they team executed flawlessly, even though many of the contractors that were needed for the project had already done their jobs on the bigger parts of the houses. With the finished product, we couldn't be happier. If you have a rehab or want to upgrade, this is the right company for you. They're budget friendly, too!"

"FB Construction was awesome to work with great customer service. I remodeled a condo the project was completed on time and on budget. Working with Max was awesome and he was very easy to reach throughout the project. I would highly recommend Max and FB Construction. Great Job!"

"Ryan was great and easy to work with. He helped us through the process. The work was very good and the cost was reasonable. Ryan and his crew were very professional and respectful. They were always on time and never felt like they were working on other projects and and never felt like they were falling behind. We love the remodel and everyone that has come over have been super impressed. We would recommend Ryan and his team for your remodel needs."
