"We purchased the home a month before all of our electrical issues started. Come to find out that water was following the main wire into the panel, and moisture was building behind the breakers. We found the problem when a circuit became overloaded, and the breaker didn't trip, causing the wire to overheat and almost cause a serious fire inside the wall void and drop ceiling. "Ken Kidder truly cares about what you need and he went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision in purchasing a new panel box, removed and replaced 21 non-compliant recessed lighting in bedrooms and hallway, conducted a visual sampling of opened switches, installed new grounding and bonding system, labeled all circuits and appliances in panel box. He comes highly recommended and anyone would be lucky to have him do any electrical work in your home."

"Bought a house last year that was built in the 40s. Though the service panel had been updated most of the outlets and wiring had not. Called Raynor and they were very courteous and prompt. They kept us informed as to when the technician would arrive. The technician was very courteous and professional as I explained all the work I wanted done; 5 outlets with its own breaker in the room that was to become our office. 1 GFI in the upstairs bathroom to satisfy the CO inspector. 1 outlet in the living room for the TV. 1 outlet in the master bedroom for the AC. 2 exterior outlets for the front and side of the house.
