So before you have your lateral line repaired check with the South St. Louis lateral line repair program to see if you can get the repair completed for free."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "When I called John at Mayo Plumbing, instead of rushing over to pull apart my kitchen ceiling immediately, he suggested that we could save some time and money by doing some of the investigation ourselves. Great idea! It was actually easy to figure out the source of the leak was our master bath shower, since using the other sources of water on the second floor did not contribute to the dripping. Once we figured that out, John came and, thru the process of elimination, found that it was not a plumbing issue, but a grout issue around the shower.
