"Joe is great - showed up on time every day, was efficient and informative. He completed a re-pipe of our entire house, from polybutylene to PEX piping. Pricing was spot on from estimate and job was completed on time. He replaced and repaired all drywall that he had to cut open also. He even took extra time out of his day (for free!) and built a step for our garage door after I mentioned it was "on the list eventually". "The shower faucet was sticking and hard to turn. I wasn't sure if it needed replacing or fixing. I called around for estimates and Drain Genie gave me the best estimated price to fix. After talking to them, they determined that it was probably the cartridge and gave me a price. They were able to come out the next day. They gave me an estimated time of arrival and showed up within 15 minutes of that time. The two people were very friendly. They checked out the faucet and determined that the projected problem was the cartridge. They started right to work and had it replaced in @15 minutes. I appreciated their efficiency and politeness.
