"I got 3 bids from 3 different contractors here in Bakersfield, and Ken Scott of Great Scott Construction, was the most responsive with the best bid.  He came back with subcontractors, carefully measured, and submitted a bid that he discussed and reviewed with me.  They started when they said they would, and Ken and his employees were here every day at 8 am and left at 5.  On the one day they had other appointments, they let me know ahead of time, and were back at work promptly the following day.  They worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves each day.  They were extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and the quality of the workmanship is fantastic!  
They had to work on my neighbor's property for one side of the garage.  They planned it so they did all the steps in one day for a
