Keith is amazing, going above and beyond to assist with providing insurance information. Keith made many extra trips to my house to meet with Insurance Adjusters before I even agreed to hire him. Katherine worked relentlessly to coordinate everything, including the removal of my solar with the solar company. The guys who installed the rood worked from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with maybe a 30-minute lunch break, to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

Bill came and walked roof, explained material options, addressed all my concerns with various leakpoints I’d discovered upon moving into my home. He communicated promptly regarding scheduling, his crew was great, they worked efficiently to complete my roof same day. They cleaned up all the materials upon completion and showed me at different points how they addressed the pre-existing damage/leaks. I will definitely use All Exteriors again. In fact, planning to hire for exterior wall of home that also has extensive water damage (from roof problem). Unfortunate to have this going on with newly purchased home but having a reliable, competent contractor makes a huge difference."
