He was at the store for 1.5 hours while they tried to find it...and then they admitted it was gone and they had no more in stock. He happily drove to another Home Depot who did have it to pick it up. A total of an additional two hours of his time... We thank you again Frank for your patience and understanding. We drove two hours to meet him at the home we are getting ready to sell. He was committed to getting the job done for us despite having other install appointments that day. This is the character of an individual you want to hire!"
