"Excellent service provided by Richard and his son for my gas range installation along with new gas line connection. They are affordable and very friendly."

"I had to hire a local, appliance repair business who came to my house and reset the panel. He did not have to replace the latch ."

"Absolutely great service. Was not sure if replacing GE double oven purchased in 2013was the best option or repairing. Checked on-line prices and was headed in that direction. Then I spoke With Eddie. He changed my mind after providing much needed GE operating information. Within 3 days my oven was repaired. Both upper and lower heating elements were changed out and the oven works great. Eddie was the first service technician who took the time to explain what happened and why. He was honest and forthright about servicing the oven. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and left my kitchen in the same condition he found it - CLEAN. He made sure all debris was removed. I highly recommend this young man. He has become my go-to guy for any appliance repair."

"They replaced my water heater and repaired corroded water lines to the tank. Good communication and answered all of my questions and concerns."

"Along with installing new bedroom and closet doors, the contractor also installed vinyl plank flooring in our living room, dining room, and bedrooms. He also hung our dining room chandelier, and installed moon lights above our fireplace. His attention to detail in his work was impeccable and he completes the job in a timely manner. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to have work done on their home."

"We found Giant Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling here on Angie's List.  Doug scheduled a convenient time with us to replace our water heater.  He gave us a price ahead of time for his services and did not upcharge for anything.  He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly.  He was very detailed in explaining everything and even gave advice on other plumbing topics where we had concerns.  The expense of our particular water heater was more than the average electric or gas water heater because we had the power vent model.  Our old water heater was a State brand and we were very satisfied as it lasted us for 12 years, and he replaced it with a new State model, so we were very satisfied with that as well.
We found out he also services furnaces and air conditioning so we will also request his services for them when we need them because we feel he is reliable, knowledgeable and professional.  We would recommend him to anyone looking for the services he provides.

"Very knowledgeable about the appliance. He was in an auto accident and still fixed my ovens with one hand in a sling. I would recommend his company to anyone. Thank you for getting my ovens up and running for the holidays"

"Quick assessment and repair of a gas leak in stove equipment. Reasonable price. Would call again"

"We had purchased a microwave and oven wall combo from a national chain. We also purchased installation package from them. We had several visits from their installation personnel to evaluate the site and to install. One group will say that there is no problem and the appliance will be installed. The installers will say that they can't. In came the Kools. They studied the situation, decided upon the modifications to the cabinetry that were needed and installed the combo. I really appreciated their ability for problem solving. Very creative. They got the work done where the national chain installers had given up. I will use Dave Stuvaints of Kools every time when the work falls in his area of expertise."
