"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

"This project was the complete remodel of a split entry, three-bedroom house (in various states of disrepair). I was given a thorough estimate, and we reviewed the work scope in great detail. Even when confronted with some unexpected issues (items that were not obvious until we begin the demo) midstream, they gave me complete Information so that I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Their work is excellent, they are reliable and easy to communicate with, they are proud of what they do and want you to be happy with the results. My project included general construction, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical assessment. I highly recommend Powerhouse and will continue to use them for my general contracting needs. They showed up ever day on time, worked tirelessly and professionally, and treated the job as if they were working on their own house. The quality of the work was spot on. "We recently bought a new house, and needed a few smaller repairs done, along with a huge privacy fence installed for our dogs. Aaronson Repairs was very prompt with their response to our inquiry. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well so I always knew what to expect. The small repairs were completed almost immediately, and the fence was completed as soon as the material came in. The guys who came worked really hard, and the fence was complete ahead of schedule. Pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work. We got wood fencing along the sides of our yard, and aluminum fencing along the back. It looks better than I could have imagined. They were even thoughtful enough to ask whether our dogs were diggers, and helped to reinforce the bottoms of the fence. We will be calling for our next renovation project, and would highly recommend them to others."
