I thought it was a long shot but they were able to make it happen. Very courteous and straight forward. They even went above and beyond by helping me with the natural gas conversion on my griddle. "I could not be more pleased with the service Jeremy provided. He was on time, professional, and explained everything in detail and what the next step would be to correct the problem. I wasted so many years avoiding what I thought would be an expensive and lengthy process only to have my issue resolved within an hour at a very fair price. Once that problem was resolved he returned in a few days to install my new vanity and toilet. He also installed new shut off valves for the toilet and the sink as well as a new bathroom faucet. All that was left for me was to enjoy the luxuries I had been without for so long. He even fixed the faucet in my garage that had been leaking from day one. "Ordered a new water heater through them. They were very nice at first, then when they came to install the new water heater they told me they "had to come back to get my old water tank" because their truck was full. I didn't think anything of it... they stopped answering me entirely and cancelled 3 appointments to come get it. It's now been almost 6 weeks. They do not care about their customers and don't keep their word. DO NOT hire these guys. Now I have to dispose of this myself."

Jeff their engineer, came to my house a week before work was to start to go over the work to be performed and answer my questions. Their work crew was very friendly and professional.
