Joe provided an estimate & broke the cost of labor and materials into 3 payments. When we agreed to an addendum, the work increased the value of the project. We have to express our satisfaction with the remodel of floors, walls, ceilings, kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, even new skirting around the bottom. His shower and tub tile work looks gorgeous.
