I asked how much they charge for two springs, additional tension wheel, plus labor - they said $300 dollars. Family Christian Doors charged me $500 for the same work. Be ware of Family Christian Doors inflated pricing.

I found the company and Roman came like in 1 hour or so. He unblocked it and let me go to work , after I came the door was fixed, I think he replaced like 2-3 parts and now it's working like new. "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
