"I had an emergency repair of a couple of water leaks from the main line of my house. Lonnie came right to assess repairs, left & came back within the hour to do the repairs. It's been over a month now & the repairs are holding up nicely. This is not the first plumbing/drainage job this company has done for me. They are professional, punctual, trustworthy, do not price gouge & do not take forever to complete the job. Quality work! Yes, I will hire them again. Thanks Lonnie!"

"Job well done and same day service too. Cliff not only cleared the sewer line of invading tree roots, but found a break in a connecting line coming from the Utility Room. Gave me an estimate of $2500 to repair which is line with the cost of another plumbing company that was used by my insurance company to repair a previous leak under the slab in that room. A very fair, skilled and honest man. Highly recommend!"

Our Tech was Glenn, He called before coming and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went to work quickly 

We have had slow drain in the kitchen sink since we move here 4yrs ago. Sink would back up and go into dishwasher. We could not run water in kitchen sink while the dishwasher was running without drains backing up. The Plumber came in undid the pipes under the sink and ran a plumbing snake through the pipes until he dislodged what ever had been causing the stoppage for all these years, reconnected all the pipes and did all this without causing a mess! Afterwards he checked to be sure all the pipes drained well. Removed his equipment and was gone in less than 30 min!! It was wonderful! The pipes never drained so well..

   It is awesome to not have to worry about washing dishes and  not fearing another mess.

"Alex Sandoval was a pleasure to work with and did a terrific job tiling and replacing our tub, shower, commode, bathroom flooring, the bathroom light fixture and an additional light fixture in our kitchen, all at a very competitive price. Over a period of 5 days the demolition, prep, installation and finishing of the work we needed to have done were completed and the finished job looks great! "Encountered problems from the construction of the house with the plumber the builder used.  Calahan had to reconstruct the shower floor  
to be able to do what I wanted.  It looks great now also found a leak at bath sink that builder had also done. Loved the looks of the tile on floor and shower.  They also did granite counters in all the areas 0f house.   Painted bath and installed new toilet.  Great job"

"Excellent experience overall, and tremendous result. Always get the feeling Bob and Tony wanted to make sure the job was done right from start to finish, including proactively improving the areas you can't see, and that the final product was built to last. Felt like they were working on their own homes. Professional and quality group all around. As always, a few unforeseeable things pop up once the walls/floors are ripped out but were resolved quickly and efficiently due to Tony's know-how. A few hiccups coordinating the plumbing work and only suggestion I would recommend is improving the work details between third parties and your crew, or perhaps presenting the option to have your team (Jheri - also excellent) coordinate third party customer needs such as plumbers. Overall I look forward to using Bob and Tony again for future projects and will absolutely recommend them to friends and family for remodeling work. Thanks for doing a terrific job on the most outdated spot in our home...it looks absolutely outstanding."

I can't say enough good things about these people!  I had a leaky bathroom faucet.  Two weeks ago I had another plumbing company who was also highly rated on Angie's List and who I have used many times in the past (but never again) look at the problem.  The technician from that company said I needed to replace the faucet. They were going to charge me $250.00 for the replacement faucet plus  $229.00 for the labor to install it. Since the faucet had been discontinued I was going to have to replace the other faucet in the other sink as well so it would match.  This was going to cost me $958.00.  I wanted a second opinion so I called Mark Masters Service Company that I also found on Angie's List. Seth, the technician was a very nice young man.  He showed up right on time. Within 5 minutes he diagnosed the problem as simply being a bad rubber washer that needed replacement.  I did not need to replace the faucet after all. I was only charged the minimum $79.00 service charge.  Mark Masters company saved me $879.00 !  By the way, the other company also charged me $79.00 for their service call which was totally worthless.
