"Crew shows up a little late but did call to let me know they were running late. That's OK, these things do happen. Crew set to work around 2:00pm trimming large tree in the front and a couple of limbs on another that were brushing the roof. They also trimmed back some smaller trees that were on the roof that I had not noticed. They then moved into the back and removed the limb from a neighbors tree and did extensive trimming on another Live Oak that was hitting the roof. For that one they had to climb on the roof of a two story section of the house. The crew of 4 worked efficiently; two doing the trimming, one moving the brush to the curb and one operating the chipper. They all wore safety helmets with eye protection and the two climbing the tree had plenty of safety ropes. They used ropes to lower the larger limbs to the ground. When work was done they removed all debris and blew the yard and sidewalk. Very good cleanup. They left around 5:00pm. English was not their first language, but the crew leader knew enough to communicate with me, with the help of hand signs! My only concern was the price. They stuck to their estimate, but I did feel that they were somewhat overpriced. However, their quality was excellent."

"They do more of a natural landscaping and it just wasn't what I wanted, I wanted something a little different. He was fine, but kind of caters to a specific type of person. It was all fine, I don't remember any problems."

"Robert helped evaluate a drainage problem and came up with a solution. He waterproofed the area that was leaking, installed a drain and did an exceptional job reinstalling pavers. My shed no longer leaks even after 3" of heavy rain last week."

"I was referred by my brother to Jeff as he had built his fence as well as put in a retaining wall for him. At first, all we needed was a fence. I called Jeff on a Monday and he came and gave me a quote the next evening. Then the following Monday he began work on our fence. We were pleased with the job so much so that a year later we wanted landscaping for both our front and back yards as well as a covered patio which also would require a much larger slab. My husband said call Jeff and Edgar again at Quality Outdoor Solutions and get them out here. The landscaping is better than I had hoped. We get compliments on it ALL the time. The covered patio lends itself to the simple yet elegant lines we were trying to create in the backyard. The patio is framed with cedar and the underside of the roof uses tongue and groove which my husband was really pleased with. They also matched the shingles perfectly and tied the roof of the patio nicely into the house. I would not have thought of this but they added an additional reinforced footer on one side of the slab to account for the heavy kitchen we plan to add soon. Our friends had a covered patio installation and the people left a mess in their back yard, along with broken sprinkler heads. Jeff and his crew won't leave a mess behind. They are professionals and always courteous and kind. Can you tell we think they are special! The one stop shopping, for us, has been so stress free and the experience...I would rate 5+ stars. We'll be calling them again for when it is time to add our outdoor kitchen and fountain for the dogs."

"It went well after we were finally able to get a time scheduled for them to come. It seems they were extremely busy, plus we had to find a time when it was dry enough to get into the back yard.

"Excellent. The bushes were completely taken out as well as the other plants and weeds. Mike re-positioned all of the bricks to widen the front planting area in front of the house. Looks so much better. He then showed me a design of that area with the kinds of plants that would work best in my front yard. All Texas friendly perennial plants, which I love. He had the brush stumps taken out and them he tilled the whole area. Planted the plants and place new dirt and mulch all around. It looked fantastic! Looking forward to spring when everything will really start grow! He also took out a circle of nothing bricks and put down sod. Mike worked with me to get the most value out of my dollar which i really appreciated. He re-used all of the brick I already had on the front design which helped keep the cost down. My plan is to have him work on my backyard sometime next year. I highly recommend Arbor Landscape Company."
