He came over with tools the other guy never even had. He left ZERO mess. I definitely will refer him and use his services again! He came in and got the tricky job done that left the other guys head spinning! Thanks so much ! Also said he’s going to give me a bid for the bathroom tile! 10/10 five ⭐️’s !"

"The dishwasher I bought last year was damaged so badly by this company that I needed to order a new one. They tried to repair the dishwasher and admitted it was damaged due to installation errors. Floors were installed and look great, but the fact that I had to buy a new dishwasher after the floors were installed brings the rating down to a 2. The other issues I had were unrelated to the flooring installation, but were caused by installer negligence. I would not suggest this company if you're looking to replace or repair floors."

Shames and I were connected through Angie’s list, I loved his attitude for making sure I’d be taken care of - with a focus on doing it right. He was able to come over the day after we spoke, cleared out the old boards that were wet, saved my subfloor and replaced the floor boards across my entire kitchen. Shames is easy to work with, responsive and a good guy with honest recommendations and price. We might even play a few rounds of golf together soon. I’d recommend him for any of your in home flooring projects. You’re going to get a good guy and team."
