"Our home was damaged in the derecho; roof, soffit, fascia, and some other items. Our insurance initially didn't approve replacing almost anything. We were having difficulty getting contractors to work with us because insurance hadn't approved larger repairs. that was until Window Depot came and assessed our roof and other damage. They worked with our insurance to get a lot more approved and gave us reasonable quotes for fixing all of it together. we thought it would take a while to get the work completed as we only finalized in March.
