I waited till that Saturday. And I emailed him, that I wanted to get his estimate. Never received anything. The following Monday, I called his number. He never got back with me. I told him what I wanted. He never got back to me. On Tuesday, which would have been a week after he was here. I called H L Bowman, and spoke with somebody there. She said she would check into it, and she would have an estimate to me within a day or two. And they never got back with me. I never got an estimate. And we checked our email address. Make sure everything was good. Never received anything. And here it is like, over two weeks later and havent heard a word from them. "

He explained each step in the process for the intial estimate and during the work and provided thoughtful analysis for future projects I'm considering. "I have never dealt with this company but on November 9th 2024, I was in Arizona on vacation and I noticed a charge on my card from this company. Like I said I don't even know who this company is. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife called them because we had two showers that were clogged. They initially wanted to charge $1500 to snake two drain lines. After speaking with a manager, they came down to $779 "to earn our business" but then the plumber it took them less than an hour to complete the task. Would not do a time and materials. This level of price gouging should be reported to the better business bureau. There are other companies that will clean your drains for far less. We should have stuck with our normal plumber."
