"Bathroom Repair MPT Enterprises My wife and I recently moved into a +30 year old home and quickly discovered that the two bathroom had multiple plumbing problems; a shower stall and floor that was cracked and leaking; cabinets in desperate need of repair; and numerous electrical problems. We conducted an extensive search over a 60 day time frame; conducted multiple interviews; checked numerous references and ultimately decided to go with Paul and MPT who was clearly the most qualified AND also happened to be the most price competitive. Regarding the work they performed, I hardly know where to begin but I would start by saying that Paul and his team are the consummate professionals. The work was absolutely first rate (plumbing, electrical, tile, caulk, you name it); communication was ongoing as we always knew WHAT they were going to do, WHEN they we going to do it and they ALWAYS asked our opinion about the smallest detail before any work was done. They arrived on time every day and cleaned up with a broom and dust pan at the end of every work day. I consider my wife a perfectionist and only on rare occasion did she need to mention something to Paul that needed to be addressed and inevitably he was already on it and did it with a smile. He was beyond meticulous. The highest marks that I can give Paul is that whenever I need any work done in the future, he will be my first – and only – phone call and I have highly recommended him to friends and family. "We purchased an older home and after living in it for a couple of months discovered a few issues in the attic and on the outside of the house that needed to be addressed. We also wanted to add additional interior lighting in three bedrooms and replace light fixtures on the outside of the home. "It went remarkably well. We had a lot to get done on an older home with significant architectural details that were respected by NorPro. I met with 9 contractors and I am very happy I went with NorPro. Our renovation took a little longer than we expected but not due to NorPro, instead, the company worked with us as other groups dropped the ball (like the appliance delivery/installation group). Norm was the contractor and, while it was clear he had a lot of other projects going on, he always kept us in the loop and was easy to reach and always seemed like he was available when we needed to talk with him. His plumber, electrician, and generalist (Chris) were also incredible to work with and offered creative solutions to some of the unique problems we faced. We have a little bit more to do one day and I will be reaching back out to NorPro when we are ready to tackle that project."

"James was great. Instead of just patching things up, he got to the root of the leaks we'd been experiencing, and uncovered shoddy workmanship from previous repairs. He was very persistent about making sure the leak was resolved before patching the damage the leaks had caused.  (He found sheetrock and old rags used as patching materials from previous work!)
He removed all the old / rotted trim and decking on our balcony, repaired the balcony railing, faithfully restored the tin soffit under the second-floor gutter system (going out of his way to find suitable galvinized tin); and he replaced all the mouldings, even painstakingly trimming them to match the original materials. His attention to detail is well appreciated, and the finished work looks great.
Only one drawback: Since James typically works alone, his schedule is a bit unpredictable. If there was rain in the forecast, he would take another, interior job for the day.  Then, even if it didn't actually rain, my job got held off.  So the whole job took a couple weeks longer than we'd planned.
But in the end, James brought in a helper and got everything done in time for painters to come in an do the finish work.
