"Last year I called Dan with All American Inspections to inquire about an inspection and mold testing for a house I was renting at the time. Dan was very helpful over the phone and answered all of my questions so I decided to go ahead and schedule the testing and inspection. The day of the inspection Tina came out and did a wonderful job. She spent hours inspecting the property, answering our questions, doing the mold testing and explaining about it. I learned a lot that day and I was very, very thankful. Used a moisture meter and found significant issues. Sent lab samples out same day and found dangerous levels of mold. Saved my health and my office lease. He was very thorough, friendly, and helpful doing a complete survey of the house. Not finding any mold, he asked about the filter we had for our air condition and heating system. "Bill came to my home and collected samples of air from various locations in my home.  He took pictures of where these samples were collected.  They were then sent to a lab for analysis.  Most of the expense of this testing was lab charges.   The number of tests is determined by the owner.  I had testing done for mold and other allergens.  There were; therefore, many lab charges.   He recommended a competent company to clean my home air system to get rid of the mold and other particulates.  This company was also excellent. <br /> ( Again I can not remember the name.) <br />"
