The lady I set up the appointment with, sorry I forgot her name, was so kind and pleasant to speak with over the phone. I appreciated receiving a call ahead of time when the plumber was on the way. I appreciated the free inspection and them coming out on a Sunday evening. The price was a bit high but we figured things out.
