Sergio arrived right on time and completed the work quickly at a reasonable price. I was impressed that the replacement was a good quality faucet - the same that I would have used if doing the repair myself. Sergio was very professional and polite. "I was very pleased with all the work Joe did at my Mom's house and mine in Cary. At my Mom's he put in a new utility sink and repaired it and also repaired a significant leak downline from a toilet. When I saw the quality of his work I hired him to work at my house. There he removed and replaced a hot water heater and repaired a big leak in my utility sink and replaced the faucet. With the water heater he had to remove the black pipe to remove the heater then repipe after. After he was done both houses were cleaner in the areas he worked . I would hire him again if I need any plumbing done in the future."

"When temperatures dropped to -50 with wind chill, the pipes to our basement bathroom sink froze. And as soon as everything began to thaw, (on Friday night) we found that we had a ruptured hot water pipe. Water was shooting out of the wall all over the bathroom. "Mattco has been performing repairs and regular plumbing maintenance at my 116 year old Chicago 2-flat for many years. Over time with experience I have gained trust in Mattco Plumbing to get me out of big jams with the plumbing in this old building. Just recently Matt repaired the 2nd floor toilet drain line in the ceiling above my 1st floor bathroom in a very tight spot. I have had other plumbers walk away from the repair or just wanting to do the band aide repair. Matt was able to replace the entire drain line above the ceiling. I watched him do the repair. "The main reason we will stop using Reliance’s services: we were promised boiler drains that we never got. Boiler drains do not need washers which is why we wanted them. The job took four days. July 6th we wasted a whole day waiting for service. We called Reliance immediately because we have used their plumbing services for years. We were very disappointed with their service. A plumber was scheduled to come and install two cut offs and replace faucet washers. This plumber promised us two premium quarter turn boiler drains for hot and cold water feeds (we never did get these boiler drains). He recommended replacing the faucet. The plumber did not have all the parts, so we scheduled him to come back July 5th. July 5th the plumber we had spoken to called in sick. Another plumber was assigned to the work. This plumber did not seem to know what the previous plumber had estimated for the job. We showed the new plumber the work order. He went to work. After he had changed the faucets and installed the cut offs, we asked about the quarter turn boiler drains. He said they could not find the parts locally and we did not need them anyway. He recommended replacing the old cement tub. The drain could no longer be hooked up to the old tub. We sheduled him to come back July 6th. We requested the boiler drains again. July 6th. The plumber was scheduled to come between noon and 2:00 pm. The office manager called to say that the plumber could not get there until 2:00-4:00pm. We understand that sometimes rescheduling happens. However, around 4:15 the office manager called again. He wanted to reschedule for Monday. We had been waiting all day and this was the third day. We wanted a plumber to come. The office manager said OK he would send someone. The plumber who was supposed to come called us and said it was too late to come. Could we schedule for Monday. We almost called another plumbing company at this point. We scheduled for early Monday morning. Monday July 9th The plumber came early Monday morning on time. He did not bring the boiler drains. This time he said the boiler drains were to unusual to install and we didnt need them. He redid some of the copper piping because he was installing a new tub. The copper piping has some unusual twists because the new tub was a different size from the concert tub. The plumbing job was professionally done, but it took four days. We paid for broiler drains we never got."

"The polar vortex froze one of our basement pipes and we struggled to figure out where. It only impacted our basement bathroom. Our ejector was backing up too. Due to the extreme weather, we told them we did not expect them to come today and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow. They surprised us a couple hours later stating that they had an emergency not far from here and decided just to take care of us too. They were able to immediately figure out the pipe issue and replaced the ejector pump. It was all cleared up in about 30 minutes or so. We are so grateful and feel confident we should be ok during the rest of this deep freeze,"

"Week before last we thought we had a clogged toilet.. It was apparently the main sewer line. We called a commercial franchise plumber out and $550 later we thought everything was fixed. This was on a Thursday. By the following Monday we were experiencing the same thing. We call them back out because it was a 6 month warranty. They diagnosed the issue stating we needed to get the main sewer line ( about 1-3 feet) replaced and they would need to dig a huge hole in the basement and etc.. Estimate was more than a small car. I called around to a few other companies and got more expensive quotes. I called A1 Patrick's Plumbing & Sewer Services - Plumbing Contractor & Plumbing Installation and he came out the same night ( last tuesday) and gave me a resonable quote for the same services. When I tell you I am so glad I called this man. My house is 70 years old and my family has lived here for 26 years. This sewer line was CLOGGED... his team dug the hole, replaced the pipes, cleaned them out and discovered tree roots and 4 feet of stuff that shall not be named. He & his team installed a cleanout in case this happened again we wouldn't have an issue getting it cleaned. This company hands down had excellent service and the owner was respectful, nice and delivered what he promised plus a 10 year warranty ."
