This problem flooded our back yard with sewage and caused several thousand dollars worth of damage/costs. When we realized what was happening, they sent out a tech who found the broken pipe and completed the repair.  However, when we asked that they reimburse us for the costs we have had to incur or give us a partial refund to cover them they have completely dropped the ball.  We have called the manager we were told was handling the situation multiple times only to hear that he’s waiting to hear from another manager who’s handling the case. They won’t give us any contact info for that manager and say that they will reach out. It has been a month since we notified them of the problem, and all they can tell us is that “they’ve passed our case on and we’ll hear from someone.”  When you are a potential customer, their communication is excellent and timely. However, once they have your money, it seems they couldn’t care less about if the job was done right or addressing problems. We paid PermaSeal an enormous amount of money for the drain tile system, and thousands more for damage/costs that they caused. We shouldn’t have to wait weeks for a phone call."
