"Since I had work done at my own home by them, I hired Lifeway Construction to work on my daughter’s house to repair soffit and fascia and repair some gaps by garage trim where the foundation had created some issues, Rather than worst case what I thought might have to be torn out and replaced, they were able to fill and caulk around that garage trim. They are honest and punctual, always give an estimate before work begins and they worked with us on our crazy schedule. They are meticulous and they ask before they do something that we may not have even noticed, but is for sure an improvement. A light fixture in the soffit of this house was in the way of the storm door opening outward, and they were able to move that over when they were already going to replace the soffit.
