We appreciated that he gave us options and let US decide if we wanted to spend a little more or go a more economical route. Second, the communication, before, during and after the install was exceptional. They kept us in the loop and they responded quickly to any calls we made to them. Third, the installation went smoothly and quickly. They had a process and routine that enabled them to do the install with little "waiting around" time. Last, as with any renovation, we discovered a couple of minor problems after the work was done. All our problems were addressed and fixed promptly. "Albert shows up when he’s supposed to and does a great job. He has a lot of great ideas on how to fix certain things in the most efficient way possible. He did the following…. Tore out the old vanity, toilet, shower and roughly 400 square feet of carpet. I forgot about the kitchen sink as well. Then he installed new vinyl flooring, a vanity, toilet and a shower insert. Not to mention all the trim work around the house as well. He even fixed our new mini C air conditioners. I just can’t say enough good things about Albert Devine."
