"Are you kidding me!!? Customer service and expertise don't get any better than Titan Sunrooms! From the first phone call, to special ordering the doors we wanted, to the last inch of caulk, these folks were superb! Waited six weeks for them to get to my house but that was just because I was waiting in line for them to get through all their other jobs. It was worth the wait. From the first day to the last they were always punctual and worked throughout the day. They tore down the old screening, roof panels and supports and hauled it all away. Then made small adjustments to the patio and began the new screening and supports, working diligently all the while. The crew were all very knowledgeable in their jobs, all were very courteous and enthusiastic. It was plain and simple that all of them enjoyed their work and were focused on doing the very best job they could produce. They were all about customer service and doing it right the first time. In two and a half days from start to finish they were done with a brand new structure over my back porch. A more durable, better looking, and stronger structure I might add. Before you scoff at the price know one thing, you can walk on the roof of this patio cover! That's how strong this structure and its material are. I could go on and on about this company, better materials, expert assemblers, attention to detail, customer service above and beyond, etc. It was just a great professional experience and their product is second to none. "First, the representative who came out to give a quote made several suggestions that we had not thought of. We appreciated that he gave us options and let US decide if we wanted to spend a little more or go a more economical route. Second, the communication, before, during and after the install was exceptional. They kept us in the loop and they responded quickly to any calls we made to them. Third, the installation went smoothly and quickly. They had a process and routine that enabled them to do the install with little "waiting around" time. Last, as with any renovation, we discovered a couple of minor problems after the work was done. All our problems were addressed and fixed promptly. This is the second home for which Folker's has provided new windows. We were extremely pleased both times."

"I initially called because I wanted some loose shingles replacing. There had been high winds, and shingles had blown off the roof. They advised me that they do not offer this service, but they could add a tarp over the roof instead. This wasn't ideal, but since the forecast was for very heavy rain for the next 4 days, I OK'd it. They came out quickly, and performed a nice neat job to be fair. <br> <br>$250 cost for that. <br> <br>I also wanted to get quotes for the rood replacement, since it was time to get a new roof on the home, and I was shopping around already. I had honestly settled on using them regardless, because of their numerous good reviews right here on Angies List, and other sources like BBB etc. <br> <br>I just wanted to pay for the tarp job and clear that up, before moving on to the roof - that was like getting blood from a stone. <br> <br>It took me a little over 3 weeks, numerous phone calls and messages left for somebody to finally send me an invoice. I was surprised how difficult it was to give a company my money! <br> <br>Anyway, moving on to the roof quote, I was trying to reach TJ several times, left voice messages, text messages and emailed via the website and never heard back. <br> <br>Nobody returned my calls / texts / messages - so I took my business elsewhere. Poor experience, not very professional, and a little frustrating chasing people down all the time, when I'm about to be spending upwards of $13-$15k. <br>"
