"Finding Nick was such a blessing. Not only did he come out the same day we contacted him to provide us with an estimate, but he was able to pick up where the previous contractor left off. One of the largest things that had my wife and I concerned was that the previous contractor cost us two days off from work and we were unsure if we could get more time off for the job to be completed. Nick started work the very next day and came to the job site over the weekend to make sure that our project would be done in time for us to go back to work as previously scheduled. Nick communicated everything very well, he clearly understands his craft, conducted himself in a professional manner, and most importantly, we are so happy with the end result. We will definitely be saving Nick's information for our next flooring project."

"Even though he didn't work on my house, I would still call him for future projects as it is hard to find someone who is straight forward and honest ; and will help you out with out compensation. A+

"Good , the cost to fix it is good , but the labor cost is to much , just to much , i am still thinking and trying to find a way to pay this big bill , because i need my home A.C."

"Hussam is FANTASTIC! My neighbors and I are very happy we have hired him. I look forward to having him complete the next round of work :)"

"Bryan Baker, owner, was very professional and easy to work with. While we were responsible for design, Bryan and his trade people provided advise on how and if we could achieve our design goals."

05/29/14 Mike was on time and did a superb job, carefully caulking 17 windows and doors. He made some minor siding repairs that were not part of his original quote and showed me some places we could have some work done to preserve our siding (which is at least 30 years old). I asked for an extra quote for that and I have scheduled the siding work for mid-June 2014. The quality of the work was exceptional, just like the last time I had work done by this company (07/28/12). I first met this company because I bought an Angie's List coupon. This time, there was so much work I wanted done I simply called and asked for the quote. I was very pleased.

"We work closely with Jon Wilson and his team. I highly recommend Marketplace Homes!"

"They sent about 15 workers and 8 hours later we have a brand roof! They were very professional, covered my flowers and landscaping before doing the job, went through the yard after with a magnet to do all the cleaning up of the left over parts and nails. They were very careful with the job overall and did an amazing job."

"They helped made the plans and build our dream home was an amazing experience"

"I obtained estimates from five different companies. Not only was Elite's estimate one of the most reasonable but their materials were very highly rated on siding sites wher I had conducted research. I worked with Dave who was very professional, listened to what I said I wanted for my home and then gave me appropriate choices. All of the crew were super nice. One of them even took my trash out for me when he didn't want me to have to walk over the construction debris while they were working. The project was done within budget and Elite included some other small repairs at no cost. I was very pleased with this whole project. The house has never looked better.
