Derek, the owner of Prime Square Construction, contacted me almost immediately and gave me a quote based on the photo I sent. He said he could be out the next day to do the work. He was timely, professional and honest. I could tell that he is very passionate about his work. In addition to the repair of the shingles on the back bay, Derek inspected the entire roof and repaired a cap that had a crack in it, this was above and beyond. "I was told I needed a new roof by a few different companies and when Roofman came out and inspected the roof, he inspected the roof and told me it was good for another 3 years and it did not need replacement. I had one shingle tear back and had it repaired and the other companies told me I needed a new roof and the quotes were over $10,000 for a 10 year warranty. But Roofman was honest and gave me a quote a two thousand less and told me I did not need a new roof. I am so happy that there are still honest people out there. This also gives me a few years to save for a new one. I would definitely hire them knowing that if they are honest enough to tell me the truth about needing a roof then they certainly will hold up their word on the workmanship . Thanks Roofman!"

"I have multiple chemical sensitivities and was looking for a good insulation that wouldn't offgas and was least likely to cause a reaction. I spoke with Jonathan at Blanket Insulation who was the first person who made me feel "heard." He did a lot of research on his own and even came out twice to quote a few different options. Ultimately, we went with a company that had a vendor-specific insulation that Blanket didn't carry. However, pricing was on par with other quotes we received, and Jonathan was incredibly helpful. (Also, he was getting married--so Jonathan, best wishes for many happy years!!) I would recommend them for traditional insulation."
