"The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."

"Excellent quality workmanship, completed in 1 day as promised. Protected my landscaping and cleaned up very well. My only complaint is that they gave me very little notice. I signed the contract on Tuesday, they called me late Wednesday afternoon and told me they would be installing my roof on Thursday. I know this sounds like a silly complaint, but I had to scramble to get the time off to home. A day or 2 notice would have been helpful."

"We needed a new roof on our house.  We also needed new skylights.I was referred to Rapid Home Improvement (RHI) from Mark Pytiak of Green Home Energy, who had done some work in my home. I had estimates from 4 different roofing/home improvement companies to which I had been referred.  From my first contact with Mike Beaty of Rapid Home Improvement, I knew this was the company I wanted to use.  Mike Beaty promptly returned my first phone call and came to my house on time to look at my roof on the date we agreed upon.  He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional.  He took as much time as I needed to help me understand his recommendations.  He went up on my roof and took pictures to show me where there were holes and shingles missing.  He sent me a very detailed estimate the next day.  He answered all my questions while waiting for me to decide who to use for this job.  He provided references upon request and answered any follow up questions I had.  We negotiated a price for the job that was satisfactory to us both.  His workers showed up on time on the agreed upon start date. The new roof and skylights were installed over 2 days without incident.  The workers cleaned up my property well and nothing was damaged.  One of the solar shades on one of the skylights was not aligned properly.  The worker who was in charge of this part of the job very pleasantly solved the problem once I brought it to his attention.  Mike Beaty followed up in person to inspect the job and make sure we were satisfied.  We were very satisfied and have had no problems with the new roof or skylights. <br />"

"I had them come out to do the trim & gutters and not the roof at first. The trim they installed improved the ventilation for attic. While they were out, I had the roof inspected for replacement. They discovered why the venting for the upstairs bathroom was inadequate. We had them come out in the fall to replace the roof, correcting the bathroom venting and installing better performing ridge ventilation. The first project took 2 day (1st day trim, 2nd day gutters) and the second was done in a day (subcontracted). Clean-up was thorough; the crews were industrious. The work looks really good a year later."
