"Love it! There was no question that we wanted Steve Everett of Dream Maker Bath and Kitchen to remodel our bathroom, as he had remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago and we were very familiar with his integrity, professionalism, skill and dedication. It took about 5 weeks to complete the job, and that is about what we expected. Steve hires only top notch professionals to work with him, so they were all very skilled, hard working, prompt, pleasant and made every effort to coordinate their schedule and to minimize disruption to our household. They removed part of a wall, which enlarged our bath to accommodate an extra set of storage cabinets, and made a porcelain tiled shelf on the window box behind the free standing tub. We joked that it would be a great place to set a wine glass! Our old shower was enlarged and replaced with a glass enclosed, tiled shower. The dual sinks were replaced along with the cabinets and counter top. Flooring was replaced with porcelain tile. We love our "new" master bath and kitchen! Every day feels like we are on vacation and staying in a luxury condo! If you have an idea for your kitchen and/or bath, Steve Everett can make it come to life! We highly recommend him!"

"I met with Javier to discuss my kitchen and bathroom remodel. Although DMV did not do the remodel, Javier presented the best design. It was creative and the kitchen layout was great. My first appointment began with Mike. He went over all of my wants and needs and explained everything that the company would do to make sure that my job was completed in a professional and orderly manner. He also explained that my job would be completed in one week.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of this company. A lock box was set up so that the workmen were able to come in a without disturbing me. There was such attention to detail shown. The room was always cleaned up at the end on the day and no remanents of their presence was left anywhere else in the house.

Within a week as promised my new room was completely finished. It turned out beautifully and I would recommend City Renovations & Remodeling for any needed project.

"Francisco worked with us and went over just about ever inch of our new kitchen design and options for the remodel. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and he always was transparent with us regarding costs and designs. Once the design and material was picked out, we were able to set up the project with about 6-8 weeks lead time. Once the project began, his team, led by their onsite manager, Ismael, were absolutely fantastic with the quality of work. "We had our entire bathroom entirely demolished all the way down to the support beams and fully rebuilt (the house is old and needed a lot of repairs). The entire team was absolutely amazing from designing and planning (Junior), to the project getting done (Kadir was our PM, Tony and Paul were our electricians, and all the other guys who came in to do the tilework and plumbing - I am sorry I do not know their names but they were also awesome). This bathroom required an enormous amount of work and it came out absolutely beautiful. "Daniel and his partner installed new appliances and tile in my kitchen, I had new counter tops installed as well in my kitchen and master bathroom. I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work. I believe Daniel is a sub-contractor for John Krause, but none the less in my opinion he did really good work and communicated with every step of the way."
