There was no question that we wanted Steve Everett of Dream Maker Bath and Kitchen to remodel our bathroom, as he had remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago and we were very familiar with his integrity, professionalism, skill and dedication. It took about 5 weeks to complete the job, and that is about what we expected. Steve hires only top notch professionals to work with him, so they were all very skilled, hard working, prompt, pleasant and made every effort to coordinate their schedule and to minimize disruption to our household. They removed part of a wall, which enlarged our bath to accommodate an extra set of storage cabinets, and made a porcelain tiled shelf on the window box behind the free standing tub. We joked that it would be a great place to set a wine glass! Our old shower was enlarged and replaced with a glass enclosed, tiled shower. The dual sinks were replaced along with the cabinets and counter top. Flooring was replaced with porcelain tile. We love our "new" master bath and kitchen! Every day feels like we are on vacation and staying in a luxury condo! If you have an idea for your kitchen and/or bath, Steve Everett can make it come to life! We highly recommend him!"

"DMV just completed remodeling my master bathroom which included completely gutting it and redesigning to provide a new large enclosed shower. This included moving plumbing, installing new tile on the floor and throughout the walls of the new glass enclosed shower. Not only was their price fair and competitive, their design was the best of the three quotes I received. Next, they completely gutted my daughter’s bathroom and installed all new fixtures. Javier oversaw the entire month and a half project. He was very accommodating when I decided to make changes in the fixtures I had originally chosen. "I purchased a $59 coupon for 1 hour plastering/drywall repair and paid c. $130 for each additional hour/part thereof. Mike (the owner) came for a preliminary visit to look at what we needed done and give an estimate.  He was easy to reach, courteous and professional.  Joe came a few days later to do the work.  He too was punctual (arrived even a few minutes early) and polite and professional, worked quickly and cleaned up any mess.  I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the work in terms of quality and the professionalism of Mike and Joe.  I would definitely cal City Renovations and Remodeling again and recommend them to my friends.

"Mr. Heard and his team (Douglas, Omar and Uncle Merc) are very professional yet friendly and so easy to work with. I hired them initially to replace a tub and shower I have hated for the last 5 years; however, after the initial consultation I decide to do the entire bathroom due to the pricing for the project. I ended up having a completely new tub, shower, tiles, vanity, medicine cabinet, flooring, towel rack and cabinet installed. I couldn't be any happier or satisfied. Mr. Heard explain the entire process to you in the beginning, he was so patient to answer all of my questions throughout the project. I was referred to Mr. Heard by my mother who has used them for years. I was so confident in their ability and their service that I moved in with my parents for the seven days it took to complete the project. Gave them a key to my home and relaxed while they gave me the bathroom of my dreams. I never worried about anything being stolen or anything like that. One of the best things about Mr. Heard is that he's a Christian and he believes in being honest."

"I want to first start off by saying that my bathroom looks amazing!!!  I contacted John because they advertised a big deal.  There was work that the deal covered that I didn't really need.  John came out and listened to what I wanted done, the budget I had to work with, and came to agreement on the services to be provided.  I had talked to two other contractors but John listened to what I wanted and worked with me and my budget.  It was a 12 working day job.  The crew is friendly and professional.  They covered my hardwood floors from the front door, up the stairs, to the entry of the bathroom.  They took care to cleanup at the end of the day. They made sure I was satisfied with the job..
All the white 4x4 tile was removed (floor and tub surround) including the white tile base molding.  The toilet was removed and set aside (I did not need the toilet replaced).  The sub-flooring under the toilet was water damaged due to a leak i was not aware of.  They replaced the sub-flooring and a section of pipe for the toilet.  They were able to fix the leak that caused the damage.  The tub and tub fixtures (faucet, handle,shower head) were replaced.  There was a slight mishap with the tub but they replaced it without any problems.  As I requested, a niche was built into the wall  for shampoo and liquid soap bottles.  The tile was installed to ceiling as requested and the floor and wall tile was installed so cleanly.  It did not have the grout caking that was previously very apparent in the builder installed tile.  New sink faucets (supplied by me) were installed and the cabinets stained a darker color.  The painter who preformed the staining and painted the bathroom and trim does amazing work.  When he started the painting of the walls he had me come in to make sure I was satisfied with the color.  When he stained the cabinets, he tweaked the color until I was happy with the stain.  The mix he came up with make my cabinets look new and rich.
I wish I could remember all their names so I could give them individual shout outs but unfortunately this is a shortcoming of mine.  I am terrible with names.  Suffice it  to say, they are an amazing crew and it was a pleasure to have them do this job.
I hope to do the master bath next year and I will be calling John Krause Construction for that job and my future kitchen make over."

He answered all my questions without thinking a second. He was so helpful while I was finalizing the materials for my bathroom. The crew (Walter and George) have turned my bathroom into a luxurious room fit for five star hotels. The shower walls stand out so well with the beautiful border tile. The estimates provided were very accurate and detailed. It was so affordable that I only ended up using a slight proportion of my extra savings. They weren't the cheapest option though. Another thing I want to point out is the way that the My Kitchen and Bath team thoroughly cleans the work area once they are done with the construction. I was thoroughly impressed by this. They wiped everything down after they complete the project. I am so glad that I hired this team for this project and I recommend everyone in the area can contract their services too."
