That water powered back up sump pump really provides my family piece of mind. I've had way too much water in my finished basement because my electricity went out and my electric sump pump obviously didn't work! "Not only were the leaks addressed, Drain Surgeon also wrote a memo to me as to what was found. The tenant had turned the hot water heater up to maximum. This resulted in deterioration of the washers and hoses causing the leaks. They even included a photo of the temperature mechanism set where it was when they arrived and as it was re-set once the repairs were done.
