He always looks for the most cost effective solution that addresses the issue. For example, when we told by a plumber we needed a re-pipe (who had just charged an exorbitant amount for a slab leak), Jim recommended and carried out a much simpler repair at a small fraction of any other estimate. Most important to us is that Jim has always been honest, looking out for OUR best interest in giving his advice. We never once felt overcharged for anything. He is not only extremely skilled and knowledgeable, he is a consummate professional with a rare brand of integrity."

"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

"Our kitchen was in dire need of upgrades, and we met with many different contractors for estimates. Young from New Life Construction left the best impression by far, from his professionalism, renovation ideas and design, reasonable pricing, etc. I am so glad we decided to go with New Life as Young and his entire team were a delight to work with from start to finish. We received very helpful opinions regarding many aspects of the design and materials without it being overbearing, and it was helpful to see his previous projects through instagram (@newlife_construction) to see what has worked well for similar kitchens in the past. There was clear communication about everything from details of the job to scheduling and everyone was very attentive to our needs throughout. This company handled the demolition, cleanup, cabinets, countertops, overhead lighting, painting, appliance installation (range/oven and dishwasher), sink and faucet installation for us-- pretty much everything in the kitchen except the floors. They bring in separate contractors that are specialists in their respective field (cabinets, countertop, etc) to do each portion of the project so you know you're truly getting the experts at every step of the way. Even after the project was done, Young went above and beyond to wrap up last-minute issues that came up from cabinet parts that were on backorder and to this day is responsive to any issues that may come up in the future. My family and I are so happy with how the kitchen turned out and we would not hesitate to hire Young and his team again for future projects."

My project with them consisted mainly of a wall removal to enlarge my family room, but also included flooring, painting, installing ceiling fans/lights, etc. The project was completed faster than anticipated and I was quite impressed with the efficiency of Eric's team. Eric was in constant contact with me via email and phone regarding any changes or adjustments that needed to be made. The cost of the project with Progressive Builders was less when compared to other companies, yet the quality of the finished product was excellent."
