"Since Hurricane Harvey, we have worked with several contractors. None of them were as professional or high quality as New Image Remodeling. Johnny Flores has a great company and a solid team working for him. New Image Remodeling came in, gave me a bid, and together we set a timetable for the repair work. They arrived early every day and were finished by the time we arrived home. (Most other contractors showed up between 10am-2pm and worked throughout our dinners. It was hard sharing home life with them.) When they ran into a plumbing issue, he explained the issue fully and gave a good price for the extra work that was needed. There work was impeccable, and they always cleaned up after themselves. There were no major delays during the work schedule. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, and it took exactly that. Most other contractors needed at least twice their quoted time. They re-tiled the bathroom shower, repainted the bathroom, and replaced the baseboard. They also replaced the bathroom fan. I honestly kept waiting for the other shoe to fall, but it never did. Day in and day out, they exceeded our expectations. I would be happy to work with New Image Remodeling again, and I would recommend them to anyone. They reconstructed our bathroom shower. It looks beautiful now!"

"We hired PAR to do a bathroom remodeling job for us and the work was very good. We noticed afterward that an area they remodeled was suffering water damage and we asked them to come out and take a look. It turned out to be an issue that was due to the house having foundation work done a while back that was finally exposed. Roger kindly negotiated a reasonable price for the work to be done and sent his guys back out to do the work. They even did a few extra things for us like sealing up an area in the adjacent bathroom free of charge. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling work that needs to be done. Very friendly and professional."

While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."

"I was very pleased with the quality of work done on the flooring and crown molding. The corners on the base molding were rounded to fit the curves, not just squared off as most. John and crew was easy to work with. I really like that John broke down all costs with the bid, on materials and labor. I knew how all my money was spent. Not to mention very reasonable, as I received 3 different quotes. John even did extra things that he didn't t include in price, like hanging curtain, paintings, and light fixtures.
