"Johnny and his teams did a great job with collaborating with owners from the quote, to design phase and all the way through construction, ensuring safety and quality along the way, even during a pandemic. The project included building a vaulted ceiling/roof and tile work on top of an existing concrete slab. The main features of the patio include a gas fireplace, stone accent wall and sitting bench, ceiling fan, water connection for outdoor appliances, and additional power outlets. Johnny remained a high level of customer service through the 2.5 month period from initial contact through completed project. On rare occasion, homeowners needed to bring some matters up with Johnny regarding subcontractors. In each case he resolved the issues within 24 hours. (The 4-month delay in writing this review was to ensure no quality issues arose; none have, which speaks to the high quality of craftsmanship.)"

"Matt and his team did a fantastic job installing my bathroom floor and light fixture. I initially hired Hickory Remodeling & Construction to reinstall my toilet, install a new garbage disposal, and repair my back door. They did such a great job, I wanted them to complete more work. I’m looking forward to Matt and his team to funds my bathroom by installing a new shower door, repairing my bathtub, and painting my entire bathroom. TBC… Thanks Matt, for providing excellent customer service… Hope S."

"Miguel repaired two Venetian blinds."

"Phenomenal work! Held to estimates, timetables and budgets. Very amiable to work without disrupting the rest of the home as well. Highly recommend Bastien Construction."

"I can't say enough about how happy we are with our bathroom remodel. Dave did both our master and guest bath, taking out old fiberglass surround tubs and replaced with a tub in the hall bath and built a shower in the master. Dave was always eager to please us and make any changes we waned without a fuss. His craftsmen were excellent and timely. The only complaint we had was with the tile man, who although was excellent and did a beautiful job with the design and installation, but, since the tile on the shower floor was textured, grout that was left on it too long was unable to be removed without damaging it or replacing it so I opted to just leave it. It is still beautiful, just a little darker than i had expected. So overall, a 5 star from us and a big thanks to Dave for finishing it so quickly. Much quicker than we had expected. We will definitely recommend him to others."

"Polite, responded promptly, completed repair quickly and cleaned his work area. He left me with a one year labor."

I owned a construction company for 32 years and I retired a couple of years ago and I have done all the repairs around my house and got kinda board so I have started doing handyman jobs and I can do just about anything that has to do with construction. Remodeling and new construction . I have a fairly new Ford f-250 and a 16 ft trailer for carrying materials for jobs if needed. I take pride in the work that I do and strive to do a professional job.
