He was very responsive to my questions and family's needs. There was no pressure to buy or add equipment I did not want or need. My new system was installed two days later. Larry the technical adviser was amazing. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He installed my system with no problems. He took the time to give us a lesson on how to use the app and new system. A few days later I had a question and he responded right away. I loved the system so much, that I referred my mother. Her system was installed a week later. "We are pleased with the products we received BUT the road from start to finish was long and frustrating. Signed contract 6/11/17, installation was 8/14/17 no biggie except we were told 30 days not 60 and we had to make few calls to press for the date we got. The installer cracked a window during installation. Again no biggie,sh*t happens. The "rush" on the replacement window took several follow up calls to get an another installation date of 9/29/17. My husband takes off, two guys show up without the window and said they thought they were doing a service call. My less then professional conversation with John the manager led to another appointment for the next day. The guy shows up, replaces the window but doesn't have the "j" channel to complete the job. Two days later I get a call to reschedule yet another appointment 2 weeks out and that I had to be home. The rep had no idea the last piece of the work only required outside access and even when I explained he still insisted I needed to be home. One last conversation with the acting manager (I was told John was on vacation) and we were scheduled for the following week which was 10/9/17. The job was completed that day and I was left with pieces of "j" channel in the flower bed. The other criticism would be the length of time spent on hold with customer service; with all the calls I had to make I was NEVER able to complete an entire call on my 15 min. break."

"Except for the fact that it took longer than anticipated, I could not be happier with the results and the impeccable servive. Jeff has a dedicated crew that does great work. I did find a few things that I asked to be changed or improved and there was never a problem and no extra charge. In addition, Jeff researched at length to get us the best way to install a fireplace and chimney. This guy is a GEM!"

Dave came out and gave us an estimate within 2 days, he followed up with us like a professional and went over the quote line by line. Ronaldo and his crew are absolutely professional and work extremely hard, show up early and work all day. They have complete attention to detail in their work. They went above and beyond replacing rotted siding as well. My other quotes and other jobs I've hired out, I legitimately had to chase down the contractors. These guys I never had to do that. That being said, I highly recommend them."

"What a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Jim was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was punctual and kept every appointment (this is rare in the Poconos). He made many expert recommendations for my job (removing an existing wood entrance deck and replacing with a larger, beautiful Trex version). Sourcing materials in the Summer of 2020 was very difficult, but Jim was able to get everything needed and completed the job on time and for the price agreed on. "Great company to work with. After receiving the quote, and hiring them Darrin gave me the website to choose our shingles. I called him back two weeks later to see when he would be replacing my roof , and he told me the job was done. That's service ! Great job work area was clean, he even told me he would come back with a magnet to see if there were nails left under the snow because he knows we have dogs. My Neighbors also wanted to know how we could get a contractor to do a complete tear off in the middle of winter. Don't hesitate to use them . His number will remain in my contacts.
