I was dealing with a family emergency, so she took care of the research that I had planned to do regarding hampers that would fit in the space without my asking. Upon install, they are prompt, courteous and quick. In half a day, I had a beautiful new closet. "Jaye did an absolutely FANTASTIC job with our powder room! He replaced the vanity, countertop, faucet, switches, flooring, light fixture, medicine cabinet, and exhaust fan. He also installed new wainscoting and trim and repainted the ceiling and walls. We could not have been happier with the result and his careful attention to detail. He began the work exactly when he said he would and completed it ahead of schedule. Better still, he even removed and disposed of all the existing materials! "They were very involved in the whole process from design to construction. The installation was flawless. HOWEVER, while technically beautiful, the bookshelves / credenza construction was delayed 6+ months and despite this we decided to continue the project. Finally, literally after 2 days a metal grille installed was accidentally bent and he REFUSED to send someone to fix it and wanted us to remove and give to him. For such a large project this is very disappointing."
