"We had a leak in the master bedroom ceiling. We called RIBA Construction in for a repair estimate. HB (their estimator) inspected our roof and found a hole where a branch had fallen and poked a deep gash through the tiles, at a valley between two slants in the roof. The painted area on the ceiling of the master bedroom had puckered and split, so it needed to be refinished & repainted. There was another area in our house by a window in another window where the paint had warped that we asked HB to give us an estimate for. He examined our window frame, inside and out and told us that the window frame was no longer level underneath the vinyl siding and the wood in the corner of the window was damp and he recommended that it should be repaired. Repair of a section of roof tiles: $300 Repair of a window underneath vinyl siding: $400 Refinishing & painting of ceiling & wall by window corner: $350 Each of these three tasks was performed by different repair men on different days. The estimate and the three repairs were all scheduled promptly and with clear warning as to when they would arrive. All of the work appears to have been done well and handled professionally. We would recommend them to anyone who need one or all of these the three services that they performed."

After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. After looking at their reviews online and checking out their website, I contacted them online for a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them within 24 hours, and to have a remodeling consultant (Kirill) at my home within a couple of days. Everyone was great to work with, listening to my wants/needs, and helping me with advice on a unique roof drainage issue. The team was also patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. Once the work started, I was even more impressed with them. All of the crews were great to deal with—very polite, courteous, and professional. "Zach came out to do the assessment on the part of my house with damaged siding and rotting wood. He did not try to sell me anymore than I needed which was very much appreciated. The guys that delivered the siding were courteous and professional. Placed the siding where I asked them to “no trouble or pushback. The installation team was on time. The project manager, Drew introduced himself and kept me informed of the installation team’s progress. The job was done in less than half a day. Very good looking with careful attention to replacing my security camera and tucking wires under the siding and cleaning up after themselves. No wires, wood or pieces left behind! When Drew came into settle up on final payment I was impressed that he took the time to look up a feature I was having problems with o a car I bought my husband. Going above and beyond. I removed star because of a quality issue in the work (a missed caulking led to a water leak).
