They found not 1 but two leaks as well as issues with our coverage. They provided a quote that broke down all our issues into smaller chunks we could have addressed at our pace. They were even able to come back the next day to get the job done. They educated us on our system and lawn so we could move forward knowledgeably. The day it was installed, I found out he had received the wrong length boards and had driven to Denver to get the supplies so he could complete the project. "We have a situation where I think the service was fine but we have an older home and the pipes didn't handle what we wanted them to do. I was not here when that happened but my husband was at home. As far as I know, he felt fine about it but we were both disappointed about the fact that we have to limit on how we use our garbage disposal. The work  fixed the problem temporarily but a way it was user error - we were making mistakes about what we expected from our drainage systems. The price was reasonable.
