"I bought a dishwasher at Home Depot to be installed, They came out  and said they couldn't do it because I didn't have a shut off valve and one needed to be installed be for they could do the job.  I called ProServe told them what I needed. Tech came out, said I didn't need a shut off valve, the one in the laundry would be fine. "We are very satisfied with all aspects of the project. We had some severe damages from the massive hail storm on July 28th. By the time we signed a contract with Wyndhill, almost three weeks had passed after the storm and the entire neighborhood was loaded with roofing signs from other companies. Ours roof and gutters were replaced within a week of signing, and all of the neighbors with a month old yard sign are still waiting to get work done. We were very impressed with the quality of work performed by the crews compared to a company who replaced the roof four years earlier. Everyone from the company performed in a very polite and professional manner. A very good site cleaned up was performed and follow-ups from the office to ensured we were satisfied with the project. We feel we made the right decision to have Wyndhill do the job. We feel confidence that this roof will perform very well. The gutters are first class and better looking than the original. Damian did a really good job on vents and the second floor window. JD made some very good recommendations on products that we went with. Everyone showed up when they were scheduled to be here."

"Door Replacement - more work than originally thought but was due to change in codes requiring fire rated door. Since an interior door was being replaced with an exterior door there was a size difference which required reframing the door jam. They walked me through the process of why and how and proceeded.
Deck repairs - more damage that orginally known as structural members were not exposed. Once exisitng stairs were remove there was considerable rot. Offered alternate solutions for handrail. Discussed material options. Provided game plan for repair. Purchased needed materials. Deck repairs completed and handrail added.
Existing electrical outlet changed out to provide plug for garage door opener that had been installed using an extension cord.
The work was more time intense but they stuck with the job until completed in the same in order to work with my travel schedule.
Great all around knowledge of the construction trades. Methodical and kept a clean job site. Kept me up to speed on each project.

"Man, I have got to say I am truly impressed. I own several properties in Colorado springs and needed some flooring done in a bad way. I had hardwood floor that was ages old and damaged in an already old home. I met with Gustavothe field supervisor and let him now what I needed done. As a rental property I wanted to change to a laminate floor and get some new baseboard installed. They got me the estimate in a timely fashion and price was very competitive. I had some concerns with my budget and El Toro was able to accommodate. They ended up coming in and completed demo and haul away in one day. They leveled my floors and installed the flooring and I was truly in awe. The finishing touches were installing my baseboard and touching up the paint and I couldn't be happier. I was able to get my property back on the market and rented. Thanks guys!"

"this part of it went well: they dismantled the old fan. they assembled the new fan and installed it. This part not so great: After the new fan was installed when I turned on the switch the fan made a humming noise (which the old fan made, too) and it is really annoying. I asked why it was making that noise. they said because the switch is old. I asked if they could change out the switch. No, they don't carry new switches with them. I bought a new switch at Lowes and called White Rhino. It would cost me another $79.00 for them to come out and install the new switch."

Task a little harder as he had to search for electric circuit that each of 3 cameras were on. Did not charge extra for that. Very professional. Made sure that I was fully satisfied."

"A++++ After Handy Man Connection stood me up, I made a desperate call to Improvement Pros. I told him the story of how I was in town for just a few days trying to get my rental property ready to sale and needed the front door installed. (it had been kicked in, and therefore HAD to be done for safety reasons). The owner of the company and his son came over ON SATURDAY to do the work. They ran to Lowes and made the purchase for me and brought the door and supplies to me ( I do not have a truck). They stayed late (the day before Mother's Day), and never charged extra for it. They did an excellent job, charged me fairly, and were there for me when I needed. This company went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! Thanks to them for being there when I needed them. Great guy.
