"Initial estimate and communications was somewhat frustrating. Took two visits by Paradise to get the project info accurate, but once they did owner Matt pulled together a professional bid package, which was followed by a professional contract. Also, communications improved when I realized that they didn't have an office person to respond to voice messages, and I started communicating directly with Matt via email. Fence removal and installation was pretty uneventful and was completed in 4-1/2 days on some of the hottest days in June of 2015. Paradise has been very expeditious in honoring their lifetime warranty in repairing 3 small installation issues that have popped up from high wind events, the latest in February 2016 . Overall things went pretty well and I love the fence. I would suggest if you leave a voice message, to follow it up with an email."

"Sussex provided us with an extremely high level of service in terms of professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness and quality during the process of building our custom home. Our house was a bit unique in terms of design and required a lot of custom work - all of which Sussex was able to figure out - a few elements were completely new to the market here in Helena and Sussex were able to find solutions to meet our requirements. In general they and quot;got itand quot; and were able to jump on board with our vision to create a beautiful home. Many elements needed extra sourcing and creative development and Sussex was able to run with it to find the best, and best priced options. Also, we felt a lot of enthusiasm from the team in all aspects of the project.
They offer a host of services for their clients such as materials sourcing, interior design and general house building help - lots of help choosing and sourcing all the fixtures for example. We had 138 lights to choose - I could never have done it with out the help, guidance and steady of hand of Amy in the office. She also searched with web for the best prices for all fixtures - something I appreciated greatly! We were very concerned about staying in budget - Amy was able to balance high end fixtures with lower end ones and still have the look we wanted while keeping the total price in line. The guidance and opinion from the team at Sussex was helpful as well - we had never built a built a house, so standard practices, opinions and new ideas were invaluable.
Sussex is completely on trend with the latest gadgets, heating systems, furnaces, pipes, design, exterior/interior materials and general supplies. They offer true advice based on experience and knowledge - this guidance is invaluable, so mistakes are avoided. Some things they talked us out of for practicality sake, and some things they talked us into to make the house more livable - all decisions we are delighted with. They offered us so many ideas for the and quot;lookand quot; we were going for and often offered us options and prices.
As with most home builds, there was a delay in the finish date - which was quite frustrating, as we needed to move out of our old house and made planning and moving a little more complicated.
Overall, the value of what Sussex provides is excellent. With all the extra help, all the attention to detail and professionalism - it was without a doubt an excellent experience. I definitely would choose Sussex again - all the Sussex team, from the office staff, to the construction crew, to all of the subs - everyone was a pleasure to work with.

"Rimrock was very responsive to any questions, design changes, and changes needed because contractor made some major errors. They had tough scheduling problems because the general contractor, against Rimrocks' and my wishes, made them put the cabinets in before any flooring was done. They even returned to help with the dishwasher problems caused by floor tile installed after the cabinets---which made the hole too small in the dishwasher base cabinet. Shawn put out a lot of brush fires during this new home kitchen installation, and Jay was a meticulous craftsman.
The general disorganization of the contractor made working conditions almost intolerable---but Rimrock Cabinet guys worked very hard inspite of it all!
There was also a delay in ordering the cabinets because of contractor financial mismanagement & lack of honesty, but Jim at Rimrock dealt with the situation very tactfully.

"We were so happy with Alisa and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dimensions to everyone looking for new cabinets.  She helped us design a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room.  She pointed out things to consider when picking layouts and cabinets.  She offered options if we wanted to upgrade but always kept our budget in mind.  She always responded to emails and phone calls quickly.  We compared 3 other places for our cabinets and none of them could touch her prices.  And to get such great service was a huge plus.  The cabinets came in exactly when she said they would.  One of them was damaged during shipping and she immediately ordered a replacement.  She even delivered the cabinets herself and checked on the installers to make sure everything was going well.  After installation she was helpful in getting us additional accessories and helping us with some adjustments to the doors.  I don't have one single complaint about Dimensions or Alisa.  Great variety of products, great prices and the best customer service in town!"
