"I can not express enough thanks and appreciation to PuroClean emergency services for the outstanding job they performed on cleaning up our two bedroom condo that was damaged by water, mud and mold. Our neighbor's pipe broke and flooded our condo. The water was running for period of time and caused extensive damage and mold. We were out of town and had to rely on PuroClean to handle the emergency for us. They responded swiftly to our emergency! PuroClean set up a website so we could view the progress and our technician, Andy, was in constant phone contact with us. 
PuroClean also provided mold remediation. We had the condo tested by a separate company and the remediation was successful.

A toilet tank burst and sent many gallons of water through one of our upstairs bathrooms and through the floor and ceiling below. As soon as we realized that we could not handle the clean-up ourselves we called Process Master who arrived in about 20 minutes with all the equipment needed to handle the problem. They had enough manpower to vacuum up the remaining water, remove the wet carpet pads, remove wet drywall and clean up the mess. They were very careful with our antiques and artwork--moving them to safe, dry places as quickly as possible. They brought in a contractor to remove drywall and mounding (and the light fixtures, etc.). Their crews worked for an entire work day and they left the house clean and in order. They left behind dehumidifiers and fans to ensure that the house dried out as quickly as possible. They came daily including Saturday and Sunday to check on the progress and remove fans that were no longer needed.

"Brandon and one of his project managers came the same day as the plumber who repaired an exterior wall faucet leak that penetrated into the living and dining room. Brandon’s crew set up a plastic tent over the water damaged area, brought in five air handlers to circulate air and dried out the space.They worked with me and my insurance company to make sure the scope of work was determined fairly. The work was scheduled and they stayed on track. A couple of things I appreciated was they were always prompt and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. They also cleaned up after themselves everyday. When the job was just about finished any little touch up item needing attention they jumped on and took care of. The bathroom remodel turned out beautifully.  This was a complex remodel that involved removing everything down to the studs, including a corner tub that was being converted into a shower.  Mike then had to re-level the floor, put up cement board and build a custom shower tray.  He then installed roughly one ton of marble on the floor, walls and ceiling (in the shower).  The marble pattern was difficult and Jennifer ? Mike?s daughter and the tile installer ? did a terrific job following the design with very tight tolerances.  They also installed a new vanity, lighting, plumbing hardware and accessories.  The finished bath blended very well with the rest of the house.

The closet remodel also turned out very well.  Mike created a nice walk in closet in the bedroom and a very useful linen closet in the hallway, including building custom shelving for both.  He also had to do some woodworking magic to get two doors from two different locations in the house to match up for the linen closet, which now look like they were made to be a pair.  Mike also paid attention to the details, having all the original brass hardware polished and using oil paint to give the woodwork great shine.  Like the bath, both closets fit the house very well, which was hard to do.

I had made up very detailed plans for this remodel, which Mike followed very well.  I also made a number of changes to the design as the project progressed, which Mike handled professionally through change orders.  I am very picky about the details on these jobs and I was very pleased with how this turned out.

As a result of the great work Mike was doing on the bath and closet we asked him to do a number of other smaller jobs while he was at the house, including repairing and refinishing several ceilings in the house.  He also painted several rooms and did other repairs, all of which were done with high quality.  Throughout the job Mike and team kept the workspace neat and tidy, cleaning up after themselves every day.  They also had a full crew working every day; I felt that they were very diligent in completing the work quickly but in a high-quality manner.

I definitely recommend Mike for remodeling work.  He is not the least expensive, but he and his team do high quality work and take great care and pride in what they do.  We got a lot of compliments on Mike's work during the home tour!

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
