Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. "We live in the marsh and apparently around here with that and the trees, it enables the rodent to get onto your roof and to actually get into your attic so they removed the branches to make sure that the house is clear before they do the repairs. I think it is a really professional company. I think they are very knowledgeable. They are extremely responsive which is unusual. Initially, it thought the price a tad expensive but then realizing that if the issue is not solved, they immediately respond and continue to come back until it is resolved, I would grade them as being reasonable. His crew always arrives on time (actually early) and does a very thorough job. We had 2 TV brackets that needed to be removed and patched. A year ago, we had a different contractor come in and move outlets on the same wall and did a horrible job of patching and repairing the wall. Thomas' team repaired that as well (without me asking) simply because they noticed how bad it looked and wanted the whole area to look pristine. All are very professional and polite.
