They also installed my new kitchen sink and faucet and repaired a leak I didnâ t know I had. In addition they installed my new stove hood and painted my laundry room cabinets and installed handles and hinges to match my kitchen. I was so pleased with Bemis Restorationâ s work, Iâ ve already referred family and friends to them."

His punctuality and reliability were commendable, ensuring that all projects were completed on time. Communication was top-tier, with clear, regular updates. He returns calls and emails quickly. The projects included installing French doors, replacing a door with a high-quality fiberglass one, repairing rotten wood, and meticulous painting of soffits, fascias, and window frames. The installation of board and batten siding enhanced our home's entryway. I highly recommend Lucas for his professionalism, craftsmanship, and dedication to quality. "This review is from my experience. The project started off great, the materials were delivered on time along with the start date. The install crew was a challenge with the exception of Matt the lead installer. They applied waterproofing material around the base of the house and replaced the plywood which went very well. The crew did not respect my property, including the vegetation and my shed which was severely damaged due to the installer standing on it. When I spoke with Dave the owner, he credited me $300.00 for a replacement roof which I need to install. No apologies provided by Dave for the inconvenience. The project failed three inspections by the City of Port Orange due to poor installation and not paying attention to detail. I caught several items which were not completed properly. The owner Dave stated to me twice he personally inspected the project, which I find hard to believe. ByThere are no quality control systems in place to ensure the project is completed properly. I felt that I was the project manager on this project. If I didn't manage the project as I did, the outcome would not have been favorable and I would definitely experience issues later. I feel sorry for past and future customers who don't have the knowledge that I have. Some other issues we experienced were nails and scrap material left on the ground and improper caulking. The owner Dave, never apologized for the errors and inconvenience which caused me as a customer. His replies to my concerns were unacceptable. As a prior business owner, I would never let my customers feel aggravated, and I would certainly make it up to them through little jesters like here's a gift for dinner for your inconvenience. I could have gotten his business two other customers for exterior siding. We referred his business for window and door replacement to a friend however, we called the referral back. My recommendation to Dave, accept ownership by validating the customers concern, apologize for the inconvenience, make it right above and beyond (roof damage), maintain a friendly relationship. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend All Florida Exteriors. I was looking forward to providing positive feedback along with future customers. At the end my house looks fabulous however, it was not worth the headaches and frustration. All Florida Exteriors was not the lowest bid. I should have back charged for project management services."

"I’m elated, Jax Home Services did an outstanding job and under Joe Miller’s guidance and recommendations I was able to save money in some areas and actually do more repairs and remodeling than originally planned for with my original budget amount. Other “bigger” name contractors that came to see and give estimates didn’t have the same approach as Joe Miller did. Joe seemed to place himself in my shoes value crafted every project the home needed. He didn’t do a cheap job or use cheap materials, I can’t say enough about the care and attention to detail that Jax Home Services and its people put into my home. Additionally, Joe is a true gentleman and didn’t try to overcharge me as I felt I was with other contractors. I’m single woman in her 70s that takes care of my diabled son and he helped make this major event of fixing and selling my home in to a much more doable task. I have already and will continue to recommend Jax Home Services to anyone that needs high quality fair priced work done on their home. The house was transformed within a few short weeks and my realtor believes as I do that the money I spent with Jax Home Services will be coming back to me with the increase in appeal and updates the home needed. I almost don’t want to sell it, it’s nicer than it’s ever been. The kitchen and bathroom remodel look outstanding along with the perfectly square trim work, painting, roof repair, skylight replacement, new floors and more. I NEVER thought I could get the house looking and feeling so good with my budget but it is. Thank you Jax Home Service!"
