"As I have already stated in a YELP review...I do not usually write reviews...but sometimes a company or a job is done so well that you want to make sure that others know that this company's work is quality. This is the case with E-Z Genesis Builderz. I had 4 other estimates for fencing/gate project. I am not so picky, I just wanted to make sure that the fence that will be surrounding our home for a long time is affordable, lasting, great quality, and looks nice. My last estimate appointment was with E-Z Builderz owner Nisim. As he spoke with me and walked around the house perimeter and yard, he explained the way his company and workers do their job. I asked him a lot of questions because I have never had a fence installed. After speaking with him and his colleague (Bernardo) they measured all the fencing area (twice), we looked at photos and videos of other fencing jobs by E-Z Builderz. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and said they could start within a week (Every other company was at least 3-4 weeks behind). We went with galvanized powder coated painted wrought iron (they offer other options of wood and aluminum as well) because I like the strength, look, and the resilience of iron. AS PROMISED, his workers were here the following week with all of the iron fencing and gates, the posts and cement. They went to work to remove the old wooden fencing and then hauled it away. His men were kind, professional, and their work is incredible. The fence we have now is beautiful and my neighbors tell me so! GET AN ESTIMATE FROM THEM BEFORE ANYONE ELSE...! "Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"It went great. Bman welding was professional and accommodating. Everything was done in a timely manner and we’re very happy with the outcome."

"The spring of the garage got broken and I called this company to come and fix it. Oren was able to give me a good price for the work and he was able to come the same day for the repair. 
It took Oren like an hour to remove the old and broken spring and to install the new one. Oren was honest by telling me not to use the most expensive part because all of them includes the same warranty.

"I called James and described the problem to him. He suggested that I remove the collaped piece from the main cabinet and bring the unit to him, which saved me money for his travel time. I brought the cabinet unit to him. He did a great job of reassembling the unit, used stronger nails to connect the pieces together and then applied a large amount of very strong glue to finalize the reassembly. The work was done when he said it would be done. We are most happy with the reassembled unit, which is far stronger than that provided by the original cabinet manufacturer.

"Azteca came out to give me an estimate on some exterior stucco repair work I needed done. The guy arrived on time and was very nice. He promised to get back to me with an estimate...and here we are two+ weeks later and I have not heard back. I believe two weeks is a sufficient amount of time to wait before posting such a review.


**Update 5/8/14**

Azteca contacted me, apparently there was some type of miscommunication regarding the estimate. The guy that came out thought he'd mentioned that I needed an engineer to come out to assess the damage before an estimate could be given, which is why it was never sent. I did appreciate their phone call to address the matter, which shows their level of professionalism.

Got a flyer in the mailer just a few days before I had a slab leak.
I called your favorite contractor up (with a name like that you can't go wrong) and within 4 hours a nice young man called Etai came by and inspected the problem and on the spot was able to walk me through the remedy and gave me a great deal of repiping my house with new copper including patching and touch up paint where needed as well as repair of the floor.
He also threw in a new tankless water heater.
All the work from start to finish took about 5 days including inspection so I must say I am very pleased
Thank you Etai, I now know where to go again if ever in trouble
