Get matched with top major renovation multiple room pros in Dolan Springs, AZ

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Amazing. Jobee helped me out when things weren't going as planned. 10 out of 10 would recommend hiring these guys"

"My tenant let a leak go for six months which created a bad mold issue along with major damage. These guys were higher in price for the mold abatement but they were worth it! They also had a sister company who did the remodel (cabinets, granite paint, grouting, etc.). Between AZ Restoration and Patterson Remodeling the kitchen was brought back to new and looks amazing."

"Shannon arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very personable, courteous, and thorough and even developed an immediate relationship with our three big dogs. Shannon is a resident of Maricopa as well as a home owner and very active in our community. It s obvious he takes a great deal of pride in his professionalism and thoroughness. He spent over 3 and one half hours evaluating interior and exterior structures as well as mechanical systems, heating system, plumbing system, grounds and yard, etc. Shannon provided his results in a written report (via PDF format) which we could then forward to our builder. We didn t realize how little we actual knew about our house until Shannon s inspection. All things considered and according to our estimates his visit saved us about $3,000 in potential repairs. We now have the knowledge and comfort of knowing the real condition of our home. We have peace of mind and feel the resale value of our home is secure."

"The Vortex system is unmatched in its ability to clean filthy water. Our water has a lot of iron in it and it comes out brown we use Vortex filtration systems to make it clear usable water for our household. I knew Kristin‘s father who was a genius and invented this and she is continuing her fathers business in providing this excellent technology to help people like me with very difficult water."

"Brad and Aaron were attentive and perfect. They listened and made it happen. I would definitely recommend this company for any indoor/outdoor construction. Thank you Creative Building Solutions"

"Eric did a great job in building my vision of a deck. He also finished all of my hardwood flooring, trim, and crown molding that I didnt have time to do. I will hire home again to finish a few of my other projects I have."

"They did a very good job. They were quick and I am very happy with the work that they did for me."
