"It was a great pleasure to work with Paul. He is very considerate and accommodating. He communicated very well before and during the installation. He offered life time warranty of the fence, which provides peace of mind. Highly recommend!"

"The upstate fence did an excellent job. I have a very Very, VERY difficult neighbor that extended a 4-day job to a 3-month job. Mark was very professional in dealing with the issue and his quality of work could not be surpassed by any other fence company. This fence was installed this winter. Mark and his crew had to dig through the frozen ground to do the installation. His dedication to detail is unsurpassed. He was there when he said he would be and completed what he had stated was the mission of the day. The fence is beautiful. They installed a 6-foot chain link in the backyard. Also, a 6-foot stockade dropping to a 4 foot along the property line. Feel free to stop by and look, you will be impressed. 1*** B**** A**. "BD Fence did a great job removing my old wood fence and installing a new one. I highly recommend them."

"

After working with several contractors on smaller jobs and interviewing several others for my kitchen remodel, I went with Sergiy and his team. He worked with our design to demo, prep and finish a large kitchen for cabinet and appliance installation. I could not have expected a better job, or a nicer group of people into my house. Above all, he worked with me to ensure that everything was as planned, and not just to ?acceptable? standards, but to ?professional? standards. There is a difference.  He came in on budget, was very reasonable, and also took care of some nagging unrelated issues, like adjusting our patio doors (a lot cheaper than buying new ones) and replacing a window that I measured and bought myself for a fraction of what anyone else would charge.

The project included a complete demo, and removal of soffits including getting rid of a lot of wallpaper yet keeping the wallboard underneath perfect for painting, new exhaust, etc. They ensured everything was lined up, dimensionally accurate, plumb and square for my cabinet installer and appliances.

I am so happy that I did not have a condescending or patronizing contractor that was looking for anything to change our vision or add unnecessary work and then get out before anyone noticed.  I wanted to have more control than just pay $100K+ to one contractor and hope for the best. I split up design, cabinets and appliances. Many would not even consider anything that was not the entire job. Sergiy really worked with me, was sincere in making everything right, and the cost was super reasonable and spot on.  He is focused on the job, not on over selling. A very nice change, indeed.

"I was very pleased with the job. They showed up as promised ,worked hard and did a very professional job. I would hire them again."

"Very professional, work looked great."

"So far everything went well. We have to wait for a big big rain to see if the leaks were repaired."

"They showed up a day early, but no worries. They assessed my situation from several angles and came to good logical conclusions. I was told incorrect information by another company and will correct it. They told me several things I could do to solve my problem, but it didn't involve drywall. All that knowledge for free, not bad. They certainly know their stuff. If you need something done in their purview, I would not hesitate to hire them. Very personable and friendly also, which is a great factor."

"They come out very quickly to give me an estimate on the repair of our front porch. Due to the rainy weather it took a few weeks for the project to get started but they finished in less than a day. They were very courteous; did a good job and cleaned up all debris. I would hire them again."
