The decision to have the work done was difficult for us, since I have successfully replaced most of the other windows in the house myself, and those results have been highly satisfactory. There have been no problems and lots of compliments from friends. However, the process was time consuming and not easy. Besides, we anticipated additional problems replacing these windows due to peculiarities with the location, which was one reason they were last on our replacement list. Suffice it to say we were extremely pleased with C. Michaelâ s professional installation of our new casement windows. The old windows were glued in place and were removed only with great difficulty; but the work was completed in a day. Clean up was done perfectly. There were several men in the crew, all of whom were cheerful and very respectful as they did their work. Their foreman was helpful, courteous and firmly in control. "Excellent. Sergiy and his team came when they said they would, worked hard while they were here, were punctual, trustworthy, and paid attention to detail. He showed us pictures of the closet that he was working on for us while we were out of the home to see if it was as we imagined it. We are expecting our first child, and the closet is in the nursery. Sergiy and his team were able to come earlier than planned to finish this project for us as he knew we were trying to prepare the room before the baby's arrival. The baby's closet looks fantastic. They worked effectively and completed the jobs quicker than we expected. Our deck ended up needing more work than we discussed at the estimate, that is always a fear when you start a project, but Sergiy went above and beyond to make sure that the deck looked its best and did not charge us extra money for their time and efforts. We paid the estimated price plus the price of supplies. He did an extra layer of paint on the deck, replaced more planks than expected, and even created space between each plank by sawing a gap (he said there should be a space between planks to prevent the paint from peeling). Our deck looks great and we are impressed with the new gate that was made for it. My Town Remodeling really takes pride in doing their job well. We are pleased with the work that they have done for us, and would definitely use them again."

"When the granite was initially installed, they had cut the holes the wrong size for the faucet and had to come back out the following week with a new piece of granite. However, because it was their mistake, they were able to come to the house after 5 pm so that I didn't have to miss work again for the installation. They did a beautiful job and I was happy with the finished product."

We removed the old lighting, did some of the recessed lighting layout, and obtained the materials (he reviewed to make sure it was OK). His installation and electrical work was handled professionally and on schedule. Any adjustments were reviewed with me as a courtesy. We thought the price was fair for the work done. Nice job."
