He got behind on the house before mine because of rain, but he communicated this well. He then took great care in prepping the house, which was a big issue. The job turned out to be harder than expected, but he didn't waiver from the bid he gave me. They even removed horribly dense weeds to paint one side of the garage. Dave also fixed a rotted window frame, nailed down siding, and did many other small repairs on the sides of the house. The paint job turned out fantastic. Dave takes great pride in his work.
