"Jim was very professional throughout the entire process. Was on time for any meetings and if he needed to change the date or time of any meeting, he gave me plenty of notice that a change was needed. Workers were professional and courteous. During our initial meeting Jim brought samples of gutter and siding material and explained the differences between the products.  I had 3 other estimates for the work and Jim was the only one that brought samples.
When the bulk of the work was completed, Jim met with me and created a punch list of touch up items that needed to be done and completed that work in a timely manor.
Two minor disappointments:
1. Workers doing the soffit/gutters piled their ladders and other materials on top of some of the shrubbery in the front of the house when they had finished work for the day.
2.  There was a mistake with the size of the shutters ordered for the windows, the shutters were installed even though they were not the correct size.  Jim was very apologetic, ordered the correct size and offered to compensate me for the inconvenience.
I am very, very pleased with the work that was done by Home Crafters, my wife and I love how the house looks and would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The team was fantastic! The old broken blocks in our foundation were repaired quickly and efficiently. Thank you! The team power washed the side patio above our garage per Gary, the owner's, suggestion. We're grateful Gary suggested removing the old rubber coating on the cement. We ended up finding numerous hairline cracks that were causing water to leak into the basement. After finding the source of the problem, Gabe and Dan returned two weeks later to seal the cracks and paint the patio above the garage with a fresh coat of paint. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working. The patio looks amazing and is now leak free. Thank you! I will be recommending your company to my family and friends."

"Great work. Moved most of the heavy items in the basement, epoxy finish looks amazing. Third floor room went from blue, orange, purple and lime green child's room to a neutral any age bedroom. They tinted the primer for best coverage of old color, two coats of paint. Instead of just touching up the baseboards as we agreed, they repainted them completely so the finish would look better. This is the second job they've done for us. Wonderful company!
