"The only reason I rated the work quality at 4 is because it has only been a week since the mold has been removed and I cannot attest to the quality for another few months. However I must say that the other two companies who came to take a look at the problem said that they need to rip off the whole ceiling and gave me an estimated quote of over $1200, way higher than the $400 that surface reconstructions charged me.
