"Air Pro Heating and Cooling was sent by my home warranty company to check out my furnace since it wasn't working.  I liked how they called the morning of the appointment and gave an approximate time.  It was nice because I had a good idea of when they were going to show up and not just a huge window of when they might show up.  The technician was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem.  The only negative thing is they said they would order the part and call me, but somehow it got marked that the issue was resolved.  I gave it a few weeks to hear back but had to call to solve the problem.  When I called they apologized and solved the issue quickly.  It was summertime so it wasn't a big deal and I would have called sooner had it been winter.  The Air Pro tech installed the inducer assembly and got my furnace working again on their next visit July 6th.  The price of the visit was just my deductible for my home warranty, so I cannot comment on if the service was a good price. <br />"

"Needed to replace our 22 year old equipment. Replaced with Carrier equipment. Contacted 4 companies and ARS was the best price and could fit us quickly for the install. Mike the salesman was very helpful in helping us purchase the correct equipment for our house. Eric and his assistant arrived in the morning and by 4pm we had the old equipment removed and new equipment installed. Eric instructed us on the new thermostat and stayed until we didn't have any questions. Supervisor arrived to review the work and answer any questions that we might have. Eric was very knowledgeable about his work. Both Eric and his assistant were courteous and informative. Very happy with our purchase. ARS did all the paperwork for the warranty and sent us the document for our records. BTW the equipment is running perfect and much quieter than our old Bryant."
